Basic Submission Information

•   All Coins MUST be submitted on a Global Submission Invoice.  These may be downloaded from our web-site, if necessary.

•   Global is currently grading and certifying United States Coins.  Please call before submitting foreign coins for current service availability.

•   Individual coins are to be submitted in clear 2” X 2” flips.

•   We will not grade coins which are submitted in capsules, sealed holders or other packaging. 

•   Flips should be numbered to correspond with the line number of the submission invoice

•   Wrap and secure packages carefully and submit via Insured, Registered Mail to the address below.  Use of other couriers is at your risk.

•   All grading fees and shipping/handling charges must be paid in advance or orders will not be processed.

Return Shipping Information

Our preferred method of returning coins to you is via Federal Express.  To avoid being billed for shipping, coins may be returned on your Fed-Ex Account Number.  PLEASE NOTE:  We will need your account number, insurance limits, a valid street address and phone number for all Fed-Ex shipments.  Return shipping via other couriers is strictly at your risk.

Coins not shipped via Fed-Ex will be returned via Insured, Registered Mail. Please include Shipping and Handling fees based on the chart below with your submission payment.  No orders will be sent until shipping/handling fees are paid.
